Anne is the Managing Director of the Cedars-Sinai Accelerator, Powered by Techstars. She provides expertise and guidance to promising early stage medtech and digital health companies as they collaborate with Cedars-Sinai to rapidly iterate and scale innovative technology solutions.
Prior to her current role, she supported the Accelerator program as Entrepreneur-in-Residence. Previously, Anne was Chief Product Officer and a founding team member at Stanson Health, where she developed an EMR-integrated, patient-specific clinical decision support and analytics product, recently named by KLAS as the #1 solution for clinical process improvement. In her role at Stanson Health, Anne focused on developing scalable, standardized processes for the authoring, deployment, and analysis of evidence-based clinical algorithms, specifically focused on reducing cost and waste based on personalized recommendations driven by patient data. Additionally, Anne has provided product strategy expertise to a variety of leading healthcare technology organizations, primarily focused on clinical decision support, precision medicine, clinical content development and management, and actionable analytics. She began her career at Epic, supporting the technical implementation of Epic’s inpatient orders and clinical documentation products.
Jenny Fielding is Executive Director for Techstars. She leads the healthcare program where she is responsible for the success of the Cedars-Sinai Accelerator Powered by Techstars. Previously, she built and ran the Techstars Fintech and Internet of Things programs. In addition, Jenny is an adjunct professor at Columbia University where she teaches a course on entrepreneurship.
Prior to Techstars, Jenny was Head of Digital Ventures at BBC Worldwide, where she led venture investments and contributed to various new digital growth opportunities across the organization. She founded BBC Labs, a corporate Accelerator for early stage digital media tech companies. Her investments and Board Observer positions include Viki (acquired by Rakuten) and Spaceport (acquired by Facebook). Jenny also was the Founder and President of Switch-Mobile, an early stage VoIP mobile company that was acquired by Via One.
Jenny previously worked in investment banking at JP Morgan Chase and Morgan Stanley and creative advertising at Wieden+Kennedy.
Jenny attended Columbia University in the City of New York. She splits her time between New York, San Francisco, and Los Angeles.
